Job Requirements:
•Required Bachelor degree of mechanical or related
•Minimum 3 years working experience with project or program management, in automotive industry preferred
•Excellent in office, spreadsheet and program management computer skills.
•Good personal communication skills and able to work in a team
•Good communication skills in English
Job Responsibilities:
•Be responsible for leading the local implementation team of projects and programs on schedule
•Coordinate all local cross-functional interdepartmental activities
•Facilitate regular review meetings to communicate project and program status and activities.
•Participate in development of engineering and manufacturing documents.
•Use and maintain local documents for tracking and reporting, and management presentations.
•Search for project risk in advance and mitigate the risk or report it to management.
•Support problem solving and root-cause analysis activities
•Follow Internal Control procedures, and resolve any non-compliance issues.
•Support project cost and timing estimations
•Support Continuous Improvement Process for engineering and manufacturing cost reductions
